Aloha-Inspired Cancellation Policy: Your luau plans should be simple and full of Aloha, and we understand that sometimes plans can change. If they do, let our reservations team know by 4:00 pm on your scheduled day and receive a full refund. We are happy to reschedule your visit at no additional charge. While we can't refund no-shows or missed reservations, we'll help you rebook so you don't miss out on the fun.
You will also receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. By clicking submit, you agree that we may contact you via cell/phone or email for information on any luau cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, and you have the right to reschedule or choose a full refund.
